Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of raloden.info, the website of Raloden Journal, an editorial publication about daily supplement habits, food choices, and active living for men in Indonesia. By reading an article, submitting the contact form, or otherwise using the site, a visitor agrees to use it lawfully, to respect the rights of the publication and of other readers, and to understand that the articles published here are general editorial material rather than individual guidance prepared for any one reader's circumstances. If a visitor does not agree with these terms, the appropriate step is to stop using the website, since continued use is treated as acceptance of the version of these terms then in effect. These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

1. Scope of the publication

Raloden provides articles, editorial notes, comparison tables, an about page, a methodology page describing how sources are selected, and a contact channel for readers. The specific pages, layout, and features available on the site may be revised, corrected, expanded, or removed over time as sources, staffing, and editorial priorities change. Nothing on the site, including a specific article or a response to a reader's message, creates a contract obligating Raloden to publish a particular piece, to maintain a particular page indefinitely, or to achieve a specific outcome for any reader. Access to the site is provided on an "as available" basis, consistent with the practical limits of any small editorial operation.

2. Reader conduct

A visitor must not attempt to disrupt the operation of the website, probe or attempt to access restricted areas of the underlying infrastructure, upload or transmit harmful code, impersonate another person or organisation when submitting the contact form, or use the contact form to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive material. Automated access to the site, such as through a script or a crawler, must respect ordinary server limits and the instructions published in the site's robots.txt file, and must not place an unreasonable load on the hosting infrastructure. Raloden may restrict, delay, or refuse a specific request, or limit further access from a particular source, where conduct of the kind described in this section threatens the security, reliability, or integrity of the website or the safety of its editors and readers. Nothing in this section is intended to discourage a legitimate correction request, a factual question, or ordinary constructive feedback about an article.

3. Nature of the editorial material

Articles published on Raloden are prepared from published nutritional research, publicly available food-labelling information, and editorial observation, and they are written to inform general reading rather than to direct any individual reader's personal decisions. The site does not present itself as a source of individualised guidance, and a reader considering a meaningful change to their diet or daily supplement routine is encouraged to discuss that change with a qualified health or nutrition professional who can take their personal circumstances into account. Descriptions of a nutrient, a food source, or a daily habit reflect general background information drawn from the sources described on the methodology page, not a specific recommendation tailored to any reader. Raloden does not offer, sell, or endorse a specific commercial product on this website.

4. Accuracy of published content

The editorial desk works to keep names, dates, measurements, and source descriptions accurate at the time of publication, and each article is reviewed by a second editor before it is published, as described on the methodology page. Nevertheless, published research, food labels, and general nutritional guidance can change after an article is written, and a specific page may over time contain an error, an outdated reference, or a description that no longer reflects the latest published source. A reader who notices a possible error is encouraged to report it through the contact page, including the article title and a short description of the concern, so that the desk can review and, where appropriate, correct it. Raloden does not represent that any individual page is complete, current, or free of every possible inaccuracy at every moment it is viewed.

5. Intellectual property

The text, layout, brand name, logo, and other original elements of raloden.info are the property of Raloden or of the specific contributor credited on a given page, and are protected under applicable Indonesian copyright law. A reader may view, print, or share a link to an individual article for personal, non-commercial reading, but may not copy, republish, or otherwise reproduce a substantial part of an article on another website or in another publication without prior written permission from the editorial office. Quotation of a short excerpt for the purpose of comment, criticism, or reporting, with clear attribution to Raloden and a link back to the original article, is a use that is generally accepted under ordinary fair-dealing practice, provided the quotation does not amount to republishing the article in substance. 6. Third-party links

An article may include a link to an external website, such as a published research source or a government nutrition reference, for the reader's convenience and further reading. Raloden does not control the content of an external website and is not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or the practices of the organisation that operates it, including how that organisation collects or uses personal data. Inclusion of a link does not imply that Raloden endorses the linked organisation, its products, or its opinions, and a reader who follows a link outside raloden.info should review that site's own terms and privacy notice separately. If a reader believes a link on the site now leads to unsuitable or misleading content, this can be reported through the contact page for review.

7. Availability of the website

Raloden aims to keep raloden.info available and functioning correctly, but does not promise that the site will be free of interruption, whether due to planned maintenance, a hosting-provider issue, or a cause outside the publication's reasonable control. The site may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance, which the editorial team will generally try to schedule outside typical Indonesian daytime reading hours where practical. Raloden is not liable for a temporary inability to access the site, to submit the contact form, or to view a particular page, provided reasonable efforts are made to restore normal access within a reasonable time. A reader who experiences a persistent access problem is encouraged to report it through an alternative channel, such as the telephone number listed in Section 10.

8. Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indonesian law, Raloden is not liable for a loss or a decision a reader attributes to reliance on general editorial content published on this site, given that the content is background reading rather than individualised guidance, as explained in Section 3. This limitation does not exclude a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it does not affect a reader's separate statutory rights under Indonesian consumer-protection or personal-data-protection law. Where a specific factual error in an article is shown to have caused a demonstrable and direct harm, Raloden's practical response is to correct the article promptly and to acknowledge the correction, consistent with ordinary editorial practice for a publication of this kind. Nothing in this section is intended to limit a reader's rights described in the Privacy Policy in connection with their personal data.

9. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Service may be updated when the site's features change, when a new page type is introduced, or when applicable Indonesian law or general editorial practice makes an update appropriate. When a change is more than a minor wording correction, the "Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and a new entry will be added to the revision log in Section 11. Continued use of the website after an updated version takes effect is treated as acceptance of the revised terms, and a reader who disagrees with a specific change should discontinue use of the site rather than continue relying on the previous version. A reader who wants to be informed of a substantive change to these terms may write to [email protected] to request direct notice of future updates.

10. Contact and dispute resolution

A reader may also telephone +62 21 2184 7201 during office hours, Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 WIB, although a written follow-up is recommended so the matter can be tracked to a resolution. Raloden aims to acknowledge a written concern within five business days and to provide a substantive response within thirty calendar days, in line with the timelines described in the Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia, and a dispute that cannot be resolved through direct correspondence with the editorial office may be brought before a competent Indonesian court, without prejudice to a reader's right to raise a separate matter with a relevant regulator described in the Privacy Policy.
